PURPOSE:To freely apply conditions and to register the unlimited conditions by storing the conditions and an information name to a conditions table in correspondence and storing the information corresponding to the information name to an information file. CONSTITUTION:A conditions table setting preparing part 3 analyzes the instruction to which the data mean, from input data, executes the preparation of a control action and is composed of a table preparing circuit to prepare the conditions table to be registered from the input data and a retrieving request circuit to output the request for detecting the information name of the conditions instructed by the input data from the conditions table. When the input data are the instruction of the registering request, the table preparing circuit is operated, the table data to be applied are prepared from the input data, and the data applying control signal is outputted to a conditions table control part 4. The conditions table control part 4, when the signal is applied, detects the final memory position of a conditions table 5 and stores the additional table outputted from the table preparing circuit to the position continued after the final memory position of the conditions table 5. The information corresponding to the information name in the table is stored into an information file 6.
