PURPOSE:To obtain both temporary assembling of each segment and phase correction of each pin in order to reduce the labor in the temporary assembling and to enhance the quality of the welded part, by temporarily assembling the segments, which are divided in advance into more than one sub-assemblies by using a bolt, and then welding the joining part. CONSTITUTION:The middle part of a pin 1a of a segment 1b is provided with a bolt-hole 1c, and the opening part of the hole 1c is provided with a spot facing so that the head part 2a of a bolt 2 can be placed thereon. On the other hand, the tip side of the bolt 2 is screwed into a thread hole 1e in the bolt is hole 1c of another segment 1b, so that each segment 1b can be assembled temporarily. Next, the phase of each pin 1a is corrected, and the bolt is fastened as the final fastening. Then, the entire joining part of each pin is welded. At this time, the bolt 2 serves as a chill strip and is welded to the pin 1a so as to become one body. Therefore, there is no possibility that the bolt 2 comes off. After this welding, the entire periphery of the pin 1a is finished by machin ing.
