PURPOSE:To decrease man-hours and to reduce cost by providing a sprue to a position apart from the sliding surface forming part of a product and forming a contracted part which can be easily cut to the sprue part. CONSTITUTION:The sprue 4 of a floating sheet 1 as the product is connected at the base of a notch 5 of an inside diameter side. The sprue part 4 is provided in the position apart from the sliding surface 2 formed near the outside diameter at one end face of the product 1 and the contracted part 6 is formed to the juncture between the sprue 4 and the product 1. The product part and the runner part 3 are cut at the contracted part 6 and the product 1 can be taken out with the min. of the remaining sprue when impact such as oscillation is applied to the product 1 after casting and parting of the product. The cutting operation is thereby made easy and the need for finishing the product to cut off the remaining sprue is eliminated. The cost of the product is thus reduced.
