PURPOSE:To eliminate the interference between an axle shaft and an axle end during steering and improve sharp-turn performance by inclinatorily providing the fitting face of a knuckle to be fitted to an axle case at a predetermined angle with the horizontal direction against the axle axis. CONSTITUTION:The axle shaft 5 of a drive axle with a steering device is supported by a bearing 7 at the axle end 9, and a spherical section 1 is integrally formed on the axle end 9. A knuckle 2 is supported by this spherical section 1 via king pins 4, and an axle case 20 is fitted to the knuckle 2 with bolts 22. In this case, the fitting face 21 of the knuckle 2 to be fitted to the knuckle case 20 is inclinatorily provided at a predetermined angle, e.g., about 4 deg., against the axle axis. In addition, a seal 3 to be fitted to the knuckle 2 is inclinatorily provided at a predetermined angle against the spherical section 1 of the axle end 9.
