摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain the title copolymer of stable quality, by continuously homopolymerizing C3H6 and subjecting the reaction mixture to batchwise polymeriza tion while controlling pressure of ethylene to have a constant value when the feed of slurry is completed. CONSTITUTION:C3H6 and a catalyst (e.g., a combination of a solic catalyst obtained by treating a product of copulverization of MgCl2/organic compound with TiCl4 with 0.1-1,000pts.wt., per pt.wt. solid catalyst, organoaluminum compound and 0.01-300pts.wt., per pt.wt. solid catalyst, stereoregularity improver) are fed to a polym erization tank A connected in series with a polymerization tank B and 50-95wt%, based on the total weight, C3H6 is polymerized. The formed slurry is fed alternately to polymerization tanks C1-2 connected in parallel and used for performing batchwise polymerization so that the partial pressure of C2H4 at the completion of slurry feed may be constant. After adding, if necessary, a catalyst activity improver (e.g., said organoaluminum compound) to the slurry, the monomers are polymerized batchwise at normal temperature to 70 deg.C and an C2H4 to C3H6 reaction ratio of 20/80-95/5 (by weight) so that the C2H4/C3H8 copolymer part may amount to 5-50% (by weight) of the total polymer, and the reaction mixture is discharged into an autoclave D for consecutive catalyst deactivation.
