发明名称 PHOTOENGRAVING METHOD FOR LAMINATE FOR IMAGE FORMATION
摘要 PURPOSE:To increase a difference between an exposed part and unexposed part with the adhesive power between laminated layers and the developing soln. resistance of a photosensitive layer by successively providing the photosensitive layer contg. a quinonediazide compd. and silicone rubber layer on a base and subjecting the laminate to image exposing then to a heating treatment thereby developing the same. CONSTITUTION:The laminate for image formation is provided with the photosensitive layer contg. the quinonediazide compd. lined on the base and the silicone rubber layer thereon. The laminate is then exposed with an active light source and is subjected to a heat treatment in succession thereof. The heat treatment temp. is 100-200 deg.C. The solubility of the photosensitive layer between the exposed part and unexposed part or the effect of increasing the difference in the adhesiveness between the photosensitive layer and the silicone rubber layer is deteriorated at <=100 deg.C. On the other hand, the solubility of the photosensitive layer of not only the unexposed part but also the exposed part is excessively deteriorated or the adhesiveness between the photosensitive layer and the silicone rubber layer is excessively large at >=200 deg.C. The silicone rubber layer of the exposed part is independently removed or removed together with the photosensitive layer by brushing the printing surface of the printing plate subjected to the heat treatment by a developing pad contg. a developing soln., by which the surface of the photosensitive layer or the substrate surface is exposed.
