The invention relates to devices of the hydraulic wind machine type making it possible to produce DC or AC electricity when the area in which it is to be installed is exposed to a regular prevailing wind without any manual intervention other than for annual maintenance. It is composed of a basic chassis centred via an orifice of the vertical pin 4 of the rotor 5 raised up to the horizontal by anchoring tabs, of a stator 6 which is securely fastened to the front grid 7, of a horizontal central beam 8 equipped with a central deflector 9, of a marginal deflector 10, of a caudal deflector 11 for orienting itself with the prevailing wind, of a vertical rotor of 8 vanes 20 which comprises 8 curved blades in the vertical position, and of a casing 12 for automatically adjusting the speed of the rotor, equipped with a shutter or deflector 13, of a return spring 15 which is a determining factor in pivoting the casing 12 and in adjusting the rotational speed of the vertical rotor associated with the vertical pin 4 which is in turn securely fastened to the rotor 5 and to the horizontal flat disc with a friction surface for driving one or more alternators ensured by the beginning of the key of 8 curved vanes 20. <IMAGE>
