Silo for the bulk storage of cereals, comprising a grain-storing building 1 bearing on the ground on a foundation block comprising a bottom slab 18 having a slight slope to the horizontal and on which there rests a metal plate 19, and a channel 10 communicating with the lowest part of the slab for emptying out the grain contained in the storage building. According to the invention, the metal plate 19 resting on the slab is fitted with a plurality of vibrators 32 for vibrating this plate at predetermined frequency and amplitude, these vibrators being distributed over the surface of the plate in a predefined network. <IMAGE>
