摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To measure a light voltage by multiplexing an optical switch control signal through the optical fiber of a light signal measuring circuit, leading out the optical switch control signal nearby a sensor part, and sort-circuiting a voltage elimination voltage. CONSTITUTION:Base light as a standard is guided to a sensor part by an optical fiber through a comparator 11, a sample holding circuit 8, an E/O (electrooptic converter) driving circuit 9A, and an E/O 9 according to a reference voltage 12 and sent to an ND (neutral density) filter 15 through a beam splitter 14, and then electromotive force which is large enough to drive a switch element 19 is obtained by an optical electromotive force element 16. The element 19 is closed with the light control signal supplied as mentioned above and the sensor part enters a no-voltage/electric field state, but the element 19 is held closed a while because of the capacity of a capacitor 20. Therefore, the circuit 8 is closed during this period and the detection base light signal of the O/E (opto-electric converter) 10 is adjusted to a specific value. Then the circuit 8 is closed before the element 19 is opened and an accurate light voltage and an electric field are measured 13.</p>
