<p>PURPOSE:To enable AE lock photography associatively with the switching of light measurement modes by re-storing a stored value as the light measured value of a newly specified light measurement mode if an AE lock signal is outputted when the switching of light measurement modes is specified. CONSTITUTION:A photographic lens 19 and an electronic flash device 20 are mounted on a camera body 1 detachably. A light measurement part 13 is equipped with a light receiving element 16 for averaged light measurement and a light receiving element 17 for spot light measurement and its light measurement output is sent to a microcomputer 11. Switches So, Su, Sd, and Sa are operated with a main switch 2, an up key 4, a down key 5, and an AE lock switch 6 respectively. The flash device 20 is mounted and then if the AE lock signal is already outputted and a spot light measured value is stored when the switching of light measurement modes is specified by the mounting of the flash device 20, an AE lock is changed so that the stored value is updated to the light measured value of the light measurement mode, i.e. averaged light measured value, and an exposure control part 14 performs exposure control according to the new stored value.</p> |
