PURPOSE:To reduce blur in a dynamic area by outputting picture element information interpolated by the first interpolating circuit in a stationary area or a quasi-stationary area, and picture element information interpolated by the second interpolating circuit switching them according to the content of a data memory. CONSTITUTION:Synchronizing signals are inputted to the synchronization input terminal 140 of an address control circuit 138 according to the quantity of feeding of transfer paper 12. When print start command is inputted to a print command input terminal 139, an address control circuit 138 is started. While synchronizing with the feeding of a fixed quantity of transfer paper 12, synchronizing signals are inputted to an synchronization input terminal 140, reading address for 1 line is outputted at every time to field memories 115 and 116 as transfer command by 1 line. Picture element information read out from field memories 115, 116 is inputted to ain interpolating circuit divided into the interpolating system of a stationary area (including quasi-stationary area) and an interpolating system of dynamic area and interpolation is made simultaneously.
