PURPOSE:To improve the moisture resistance and durability of a film cell by using plastic films subjected to an irradiation treatment of an electron beam to form two sheets of electrode plates. CONSTITUTION:Two sheets of the electrode plates are the plastic films subjected to the irradiation treatment of the electron beam. The molecular activity of the plastic films is made more vigorous and the density is increased during the time when the electron beam is irradiated thereto. The moisture resistance and strength of the films are thereby improved. The molecules once subjected to the activation are held static in a stabler state even after the end of the irradiation and therefore, the films attain the state in which the films are hardly affected by heat.
