PURPOSE:To perform filing work after copying, by reading the frame mark installed in each frame of a microfilm, while stacking the sheet copied at every frame recording information of the same subject, and housing it in an alternate empty bin. CONSTITUTION:A subject mark m2 showing it appertaining to the same subject and a mark m1 showing order inside the same subject are put to each frame of a microfilm F, detecting each with mark detectors 48 and 47, and inputted into a controller. When the subject name desired to be printed and the number of sheets required are inputted by an input key, the desired film frame is retrieved while winding the film F to a reel 44 from a cassette 40, thus copying for the number of sheets required takes place. The copied sheets of paper are put together at every frame, and one empty pin tray is installed between bin trays of copying paper for separate subject and housedseparately in regular sequence. With this constitution, filing work after the copy is made so easy, and disposal for an urgent subject is speeded up in making one grip of the copying paper between empty bins.
