<p>PURPOSE:To make assembly of a coaxial type rotary transformer simple by composing the conductive material of a short ring of the same member as the coil for signals and by using the same winding and the same terminal connection. CONSTITUTION:Coils 8, 9 for the signals of channel CH1 and channel CH2 and a short ring 10 are each made of a polyurethane copper wire and is wound in the independent outside groove 7a of a cylindrical core 7. The cylindrical core 7 is fixed on a terminal board 11 and a terminal 12 is provided on the terminal board 11. The lead wires of the coils 8, 9 and the short ring 10 pass the longitudinal groove 7a and are wired to the terminal 12. The lead wires of the coils 8, 9 are each independently connected to the terminal 12 and the lead wire of the short ring 10 is connected to one of the exclusive terminals 12 separately from the lead wires of the coils 8, 9. In such a structure, the winding of the short ring 10 and the connection to the terminal can be done continuously using the same facilities to those of the coils 8, 9 and the man- hours can be reduced.</p> |
