PURPOSE:To enhance atomizing effect, tail generation preventing effect, etc., by arranging an orifice type flat blow liquid jet nozzle to the center of an air jet nozzle member so that injected fan-shaped spray and a vertically directed fan-shaped opening part are positioned on the same plane. CONSTITUTION:The fan-shaped spray injected from an orifice type flat blow liquid jet nozzle 5 is surrounded by the air stream from an air jet orifice having spray rounding action formed by crossing a vertically directed fan-shaped opening part 8 gradually contracting forwardly and a laterally directed fan-shaped opening part 9 gradually widening forwardly in a cross-shaped state and, in this state, say spray is flattened by air streams from flattening air jet nozzles 16 in both sides while propelled forwardly in a rounding tendency. By this method, atomizing effect is enhanced and, by colliding and contacting the air stream from the vertically directed fan-shaped opening part 8 with both end edges of the fan-shaped spray, a tail forming element can be diminished.
