PURPOSE:To obtain a photosensitive body superior in cleanability and mechanical strength by incorporating a polymer having fluorinated aromatic rings on the side chains in the single photosensitive layer of the photosensitive body or in the electrostatic charge generating layer of the laminate type photosensitive body having the charge generating layer and a charge transfer layer. CONSTITUTION:The polymer having fluorinated aromatic rings on the side chains is obtained by homopolymerization of the polymerizable monomer having a fluorinated aromatic ring on the side chain, copolymerization of >=2 monomers including said monomer, or >=2 kinds of said monomers and other vinyl type monomers. Said monomer has a weight average molecular weight of, preferably, 10,000-1,000,000. The addition of said polymer to the photosensitive layer of the electrophotographic sensitive body permits the lubricity of the surface of the photosensitive layer to be remarkably enhanced, surface of the photosensitive layer to be remarkably enhanced, and prevented from attachment of paper dust by the improvement of cleanability, and image flow to be also prevented. |
