METHOD FOR SEARCHING DAMAGED FILTER IN DUST COLLECTOR AT EARLY STAGE

PURPOSE:To search and locate a damaged filter quickly by searching the dam age filter by opening and closing the first closing valve after searching an interconnecting tube to which the damaged filter belongs by opening and closing a second closing valve. CONSTITUTION:A gas delivery tube 2 with a filter 3 installed at the lower end is provided at the upper wall of vessel body 1. The said gas delivery tube 2 has plural pieces of interconnecting tubes 4 to interconnect each other through a first closing valve 5. Also each of the said interconnecting tube 4 has a gas delivery header 7 connected with through a second closing valve 8. Accordingly, in case an arbitrary filter 3 is damaged, the interconnecting tube 4 to which the damaged filter belongs is searched by opening and closing of the second closing valve 8 and, then, the specified damaged filter can be located by opening and closing of the second closing valve 5.
