PURPOSE:To prevent bearing surface pressure from becoming excessively great by supporting a swaying bearing fitted into an eccentric hole of an eccentric shaft with the central part of axial direction of the external circumference in the eccentric hole as well as making the upper and lower parts of the swaying bearing elastically deform by allowing rooms for deformation at the upper and lower parts of the eccentric hole. CONSTITUTION:A fixed scroll 1 and a swaying scroll 2 are arranged with their respective scroll ridges 1a and 2a displaced by a phase of 180 deg. from each other. In an upper bearing frame 8, an upper thrust bearing 18 supports the swaying scroll 2 and an upper bearing 19 supports a greater diameter part 6a of an eccentric shaft 6 in the radial direction. In a lower bearing frame 9, a lower thrust bearing 20 supports the eccentric shaft 6 in the axial direction and a lower bearing 21 supports a smaller diameter part of the eccentric shaft 6 in the radial direction. Here, an eccentric hole 6a at the top part of the eccentric shaft 6 is provided with diametral clearance parts 6f by enlarging the diameter of the eccentric hole at its top and bottom ends excluding the middle part of the axial direction. And a swaying bearing 22 for radially supporting a shaft part of the swaying scroll 2 is fixed in the eccentric hole 6e.
