PURPOSE:To provide a stitcher device which allows to fully fix the shoulder part of a tire under pressure by a constitution wherein the whirling center shafts of aright and a left pressure fixing units are put freely accessibly and separably on the same axis line and the whirling center shafts coincide with each other on the same axis center. CONSTITUTION:A carriage unit can select the optimum position for fixing members under pressure to a green tire by being brought close to or keeping away from the green tire through the rotation of a screw shaft 7. When bearing boxes 10a and 10b which are installed on frames 20 consisting of pressure fixing units are shifted laterally by rotating a driving shaft 25 for shifting, worm gears 60a and 60b slide onto driving shafts 41a and 41b for whirling. In addition, because rotating shafts 51a and 51b rotate in the directions opposite to each other through the rotation of the driving shafts 41a and 41b for whirling, pressure fixing rollers 14a and 14b separate or approach each other. When the pressure fixing units approach the nearest each other in the direction of axis line, the whirling center shafts 51a and 51b coincide with each other in the same axis center.
