PURPOSE:To form repaired layer superior in corrosion resistance and sticking property in a short time, by inserting a metal cylinder into a dipping tube having residual heat after usage and throwing grain lumps composed of basic aggregate and carbonic resin into gap of both, softening them. CONSTITUTION:To the dipping tube 1 and/or a circulation tube 2 under the state of having residual heat after usage, a prescribed metal cylinder 3 is inserted from thereunder, and the lower end part is closed with a doughnut shaped disk 4. Next, a nozzle 6 is pointed to gap between the tube 2 and the cylinder 3 and connected with a transferring pipe 7. High pressure air is introduced to the pipe 7 from an air force feeding pipe 8, and the grain lumps 5 are thrown to gap between the tubes 2, 3 from a hopper 9 through the ppie 7. The lumps 5 are prepd. by adding 40-5wt% pitch powder, 20-1wt% tar to basic aggregate, heating kneading and granulating them to <=50mm. In this way, the lumps 5 are softened, melted by residual heat and filled in gap, which carbonic resin is carburized by volatilization of volatile matter and firmly stuck to the surface to be repaired in one body.
