发明名称 FORMATION OF POWDER LAYER
摘要 PURPOSE:To facilitate formation of two powder layers, by forming, on a base, a mixed layer consisting of photosensitive adhesive and nonphotosensitive adhesive, and applying nonphotosensitive adhesive on the first powder layer and photosensitive adhesive on the second powder layer. CONSTITUTION:An adhesive layer 5 consisting of photosensitive adhesive and nonphotosensitive adhesive is formed on a base 4. This layer is left in humid air to have adhesiveness generated on the nonphotosensitive adhesive so that the first powder layer 6 may be formed by scattering powder 6a thereon. Subsequently, the base 4 is subjected to exposure on its back face to get its photosensitive adhesive moistened to have adhesiveness generated and the moisture generated therefrom is forded to crawl up through spaces in the first powder 6a owing to capillarity so that the surface of the first powder layer 6 may become adhesive. Then, the second powder layer 7 is coated in a layer form by scattering the powder 7a. Thus, a phosphor film having two layers may be formed by applying two kinds of powder layer individually to be properly used in a cathode-ray tube or the like having a property of long afterglow.
