PURPOSE:To obtain an electromagnetic transducer capable of forming a coil on a core part at high productivity and high yield by employing a coil obtained by integrally providing a coil conductor made of gold or gold alloy on a flexible base. CONSTITUTION:A coil conducting wire 13 made of Au or Au alloy is coated and formed on a film base 15, and a bonding pad 16 is integrally formed on each end part of a coil conducting wire pattern. Its surface can be coated with an insulating material 17. Said coil forming member 14 is passed through the coil hole 2 of a head, and the bonding pads 16 are wire-bonded by a wire 18 with each end part opposite. An input and output can be freely taken out, whereby the pads can operate as a coil. By passing the coil forming member 14 through the coil hole 2, the coil can be produced, whereby its productivity, workability and yield can be improved. |
