PURPOSE:To enable saving of energy, by generating a power source from a solar battery. CONSTITUTION:A current, generated by a solar battery, flows through a cable (j) to charge a charging battery C therewith. With a switch D turned ON, a d.c. motor E is run. A shaft F of the motor is disconnected, a pump G is actuated, flon gas is compressed to dissipate heat by means of a radiation panel H, and the interior of a room is cooled by a cooling panel I.
