PURPOSE:To simplify the constitution by adopting the constitution that a multiplexed channel from a channel exchange is connected directly to a maintenance channel exchange so as to eliminate the need for an analog/digital conversion circuit and a trunk control circuit being components in a conventional test system. CONSTITUTION:The channel exchange 2 and the maintenance channel exchange 4 are connected by a channel 100 of the same interface as that of the 32-multiplex channel connected to a trunk control circuit and a service trunk control circuit. Further, a channel control device 3 and a maintenance control device 5 are connected by a control line 101 by using the same interface as to the control line. Thus, in conducting the test of, e.g., an MF signal oscillator 30, a central 1 gives a control command to the channel controller 3, which connects the MF signal oscillator 30 to a channel A of a channel 100. Then start information is sent to the main controller 5 via the control line 101. Further, the central controller 1 gives a control command connecting the channel A of the channel 100 to the MF signal receiver 51 to the maintenance controller 5 via the control line 101.
