PURPOSE:To readily form a very thin printed coil block inexpensively by alternately disposing a printed coil and a shielding electrode by a laminated circuit substrate, and leading outside an inner terminal of the coil via a through hole by utilizing the adjacent electrode. CONSTITUTION:A circuit substrate 10 is provided with a printed coil 11, its terminals 12-14, shielding electrode circuit board 15, a shielding electrode 16 and through hole electrodes 14, 18. Thus, the terminal 12 of the spiral coil 11 is connected via the electrodes 12, 13 and 15 with an outer terminal 13. There are on its external appearance, as shown, laminated circuit substrates 19, 20, printed coil 21, and the terminals 22, 23, 24 of the coil 21.
