<p>PURPOSE:To prevent a deformation of the titled carpet after release of the same from a mold, by a method wherein a thin having heating time moldability is used for an under cushion of a part to which bending processing of the carpet into an L shape is applied, a bottom force abutting against the part is made into a heating tool and molding processing is performed by making use of the tool obtained by making the other part into a nonheating or cooling mold. CONSTITUTION:A bottom force 3 is made into a partially heating tool by providing a heater 31, a brass plate 32 as a hot plate and glass cotton 33 as a heat insulation material to an abutting part to which bending processing into an L shape is applied and the temperature above the hot plate is decided to be 165 deg.C. the other part is a nonheating tool and is composed of an aluminum alloy. Therefore, the part to which bending processing into an L shape is applied is heated and an under cushion is heated and molded. The other part in not molded with the under cushion, but molded with resin of the carpet and the under cushion is fused wholly with the carpet resin. Therefore, a thing whose shape holding properties of a molded thin is favorable, fitting properties in furnishing to a motor car is good and a nice show on an external appearance has been improved is obtained.</p> |
