PURPOSE:To operate a joy stick without modifying an AP by operating the joy stick in the sequence the same as a conventional keyboard to get the same data and fitting to any key switches. CONSTITUTION:For storing data in a memory part 50, the output command of a central processing unit is used. Write data, a low order address and a high order address are specified through a data bus 40, an address bus 10 and a joy stick joint part, respectively. Data is stored in the memory part 50 through a write control line 70. The above-mentioned sequences are executed in any possible states of the joy stick joint part 60. When the low order address is outputted according to an input command at the time of inputting, the data corresponding to the state of the joy stick joint part 60 is outputted to the data bus 40.
