摘要 PURPOSE:To make quick chopping possible by providing force supporting points of a submirror in positions symmetrical with respect to a chopping axis and connecting these force supporting points by beams and applying a force, which compensate the weight, to center parts of beams 12 by levers and counter weights and moving mainly only the submirror. CONSTITUTION:A submirror 1 is fixed at eight points by pin receivers 4 for chopping axis and an actuator 7 to determine the position and the attitude of the submirror 1. Four pin receivers are attached, and a force is supported at these 4 points. The gravity compensating force is generated by counter weights 19 and levers 16 and is transmitted to centers of beams 12, and each half of this force is transmitted to pin receivers 8 and is transmitted to the submirror 1. The actuator 7 is used and the submirror 1 is oscillated directly to perform chopping. At the chopping time, positions of centers of beams 12 are not changed, and positions of connection rods 14 connected to centers of beams 12 are not changed, and levers 16 and counter weights 19 are kept still, and the force which compensates the gravity is always fixed.
