A prefabricated plastic pallet is provided to achieve a light and solid structure and minimize a production cost by inserting many connecting projections into many corresponding connecting holes of several sections, upper and lower plates of which are formed in a net shape, at once so as to configure a pallet unit. A prefabricated plastic pallet includes more than at least three divided sections(10,20,30,40,50) formed in a shape respectively which is symmetric around a central point, and having connecting projections(60) and connecting holes, both of which are formed in contacted portions between themselves respectively so as to be connected with each other, as well as two fork insertion holes(84). Additionally the each section is composed of an upper plate(11,21,31,41,51) and a lower plate(12,22,32,42,52), both of which are formed in a net shape, wherein the upper plates of the divided sections have many projections and holes respectively in upper and lower positions of their sides where they are in contact with each other so as to determine the assembling positions of the divided sections.
