PURPOSE:To make a cheaper unit than that of stainless steel, cause the unit to be less scratched and prevent a discoloration caused by a thermal oxidation by a method wherein heat-resistant resin containing specific polymer is applied as a binder and coating material containing specified amount of metallic compound having a specified particle diameter in respect to the binder is baked and formed as a resin layer. CONSTITUTION:A heat-resistant resin 6 containing at least 10wt% of bolo- siloxane resin polymer is applied as a binder on a metallic base material formed into an oven shape of a main body 1 of a microwave heater device provided with a heater and a coating material containing 20-100 weight part of more than one compounds 7 having particle diameter of 1-10mum selected from a group of metal oxide, nitride and carbide having a Mohs' scale of more than 5.0 in respect to the binder of 100 weight part is applied. Then, the coating is baked to form a baked resin layer.
