PURPOSE:To reduce vibration noise, wind noise or the like by disposing a non- directional microphone in a central part of a front panel on which an image pickup lens of a camera part is provided. CONSTITUTION:Substantially in a center part of a plane part of the front panel 6 of a case 3, an air flow aperture 7 is formed and the non-directional microphone 8 is attached to a position corresponding to the air flow aperture 7 in the front panel 6. The air flow aperture 7 may not be provided but the microphone 8 may be attached directly and instead of providing the air flow aperture 7 on the front panel 6, a wind screen 9 may be provided or a grill may be provided.
