PURPOSE:To utilize a program at any time by providing plural floating communication logic units and using an idle floating communication logic unit when a communication program not decided for a communication logic unit is desired for use. CONSTITUTION:Plural floating logic units a3-an are connected freely to a data processing means and the control section connects the floating logic units a3-an to the data processing means. In sending a data from the data processing means, one of the plural floating logic units a3-an is connected selectively to send a data to a bus.
