PURPOSE:To maintain precision for mounting an external equipment, by machining the end surface of a motor case and the outer peripheral surface of a bearing section. CONSTITUTION:A miniature motor consists of a motor case 1, a shaft 2, a permanent magnet 6, a rotor 7, a commutator 10, a bearing 11, and the like. The shaft 2 of the motor is fixed on a jig, and based on the jig, a motor fitting surface 3 on the motor case 1 and an outer peripheral surface 4 on the bearing section are cutting-machined or grinding-machined. AS a result, a fitting precision with which the motor is mounted on a motor-fitting external equipment 13 is ensured, and the mounting does not have to be adjusted with a spacer or the like.
