Self-stable sealing gasket with partial vacuum for rotating machines and for pumps in particular, characterised in that the sleeve 3 forms a ring 6 carrying blades or fins 7 so as to constitute a turbine creating a certain partial vacuum making it possible to suck up, through calibrated channels 8 then through an annular cylindrical space 21 constituting the normal clearance of the machine between the cylindrical sleeve 3 and a block 10 securely fastened to an adaptor part 22 itself fixed to the fixed casing 2 of the rotating machine, a liquid which is sprayed peripherally inside a cylindrical cup 15 protected by a flange 11 rotating with the cylindrical sleeve 3 and the drive shaft thus creating a self-stabilised liquid barrage by maintaining the thickness of a liquid ring centrifuged on either side of a disc securely fastened to the block 10 rigorously ensuring sealing between the inner and outer parts of a rotating machine and of pumps in particular. <IMAGE>
