PURPOSE:To exclude generation of a space modulation element by providing the 1st, 2nd acoustic pickup catching respectively a sound signal and a surrounding nose and providing a noise erasure output distortion eliminating means eliminating output distortion generated in the noise erasure output of the sound signal based on the sound signal invaded with the noise in the 2nd acoustic pickup. CONSTITUTION:A delay circuit 4 corrects the phase shift between inputs based on the relation of two acoustic pickups and represented by adders 1, 2. Then an output A of the adder 1 given the delay corresponding to the phase difference to be corrected is fed to an adder 5 and a correlation coefficient calculator 8. Further, an output B of the adder 2 is fed to a transversal filter 6, the correlation calculator 8, an autocorrelation coefficient device 9 and a coefficient decision device 10 or the like. The filter 6 is provided with its coefficient so as to have a transfer function of transmission lines 303, 304, and its output C is subtracted from the output of the delay circuit 4 to exclude the noise N(Z) included in the output A.
