PURPOSE:To produce the titled sheet having remarkably improved transparency, by blending a propylene-alpha-olefin copolymer with a specific uncleating agent and antioxidant and specifying the temperature from the granulation to sheet processing steps. CONSTITUTION:A composition obtained by blending (A) 100pts.wt. propylene-alpha- olefin random copolymer having 0.3-20g/10min, preferably 1.5-15g/10min melt index (MI) with (B) 0.05-0.5pts.wt. uncleating agent expressed by the formula (R is 1-8C alkyl, halogen or 1-4C alkoxy; m and n are 0-3), e.g. 1,3,2,4-di(p- methyldibenzylidine)sorbitol, etc., and (C) 0-1pts.wt., preferably 0.05-0.5pts.wt. antioxidant having >=150 deg.C weight reduction starting temperature is heated at the melting point - melting point + 30 deg.C, preferably 260-290 deg.C in an least one step from the granulation to sheet processing step and then processed at <=the melting point + 30 deg.C in other steps to produce the aimed sheet.
