PURPOSE:To start a command by the minimum number of times of interrupting operation and to prevent data processing capacity of the circuit side from reduction by forming a buffer register in an interface part connected between a master device and a microprocessor. CONSTITUTION:When a command or the like for collecting maintenance information is indivisually started from the master device, command address information sent at first is temporarily stored in the buffer register 6. Then, a successively sent start signal 9 is received to interrupt a microprogram. Processing being executed is interrupted by said interruption and the command is fetched in a DMA mode by the command address stored in the buffer register 6 and the processing operation regulated by the command is executed. Since the interruption to the microprogram is required only one timer, the microprocessor 1 can execute the data processing of the circuit side exclusively and the processing capacity can be improved.
