The invention relates to elements which are assembled dry by juxtaposition in a closed regular polygonal outline forming a horizontal row and by superposition with vertically aligned joints of identical rows. Each element consists of three faces : - a horizontal face 1a; - a vertical face 1b forming a right-angled dihedral with the face 1a; - a vertical face 1c forming a right-angled dihedral with the face 1a and an acute-angled dihedral with the vertical face 1b, the edges common to two of these faces comprising means 1d, 1e, 1f for assembling and positioning two contiguous elements of the same horizontal row and two superimposed elements. <IMAGE>
