PURPOSE:To sustain constant speed travelling, even if the negative pressure in the pressure chamber of an actuator is low, by securing a first cable from the actuator over a large diameter can section while a second cable connected to an open/close mechanism of a throttle valve over a small diameter cam section. CONSTITUTION:Upon travelling of a vehicle to function an actuator device, a solenoid valve 2 will open while a solenoid valve 3 will close to function a negative pressure in a pressure chamber 1 so as to pull a cable 5a. Said cable 5a which is secured over a large diameter cam section 11a, is lifted and the cam section 11a is rotated. On the other hand, although a cable 5b is subjected to the spring force of a throttle valves, a reaction moment functioning onto the cam 11, is small because the cable 5 is laid over a small diameter can section 11b. Consequently, the tensile force is transmitted to the cable 5b even if the negative pressure in the pressure chamber 1 is low thus to open the throttle valve resulting in the sustainment of constant speed travelling.
