PURPOSE:To certainly separate the designated number of paper sheets and the next paper sheets by installing a mixing preventing means at the top edge in the direction of turn of a separator and/or at the top edge part of a vane, in order to prevent the mixing of the designated number of paper and the next paper sheets, when the designated number of paper is separated from the vane. CONSTITUTION:The bent part 30a of a mixing preventing means is installed at the top edge in the direction of turn of a separator 30. Then, the transport top edge of paper sheets contacts a guide member 21, and when the transport rear edge is slipped off from a vane wheel 10, the transport rear edge is prevented from being inserted into between the separator 30 which synchronously turns and the corresponding vane 10a. Said bent part 30a is formed so as to be bent to the vane wheel 10 side so that the gap between each vane wheel 10a of the vane wheel 10 and the separator 30 is reduced to the min. Therefore, the designated number of the paper and the next paper sheets can be separated certainly by forming the bent part 30a, and the error of the number of accumulation in the case when paper money is accumulation-assort in each certain quantity can be prevented.
