In a process for dewatering stabilised sewage sludge produced from digestion towers, the sewage sludge is stored in tanks. In order to make this process energy-saving, environmentally friendly and able to be simply carried out, in the cold season the sewage sludge is passed into the tanks, but in the warm season it is introduced, with cooling, preferably by admixture of the sludge previously intermediately stored in the tanks, into polders and ultimately landfilled there, which polders already have a growth of marsh plants and riparian plants.
|
