PURPOSE:To prevent a magnetic media from being stained by foreign matters by using a floppy liner formed by electrostatically charge processing an unwoven fabric including the specified rate of the polyolefine fiber. CONSTITUTION:By using the floppy liner formed by electrifying processing the unwoven fabric including 20-100wt% of the polyolefine type fiber, the magnetic disk jacket is formed. For the magnetic disk jacket, the high collecting effect of the foreign matters such as the dust due to the static electricity can be obtained, and the foreign matters, which are collected once, are not redusted even when the external action such as the vibration is added to them. Thus, it can be prevented that the magnetic media are stained by the foreign matters.
