PURPOSE:To enable the titled device to keep a quantity of a liner material to be supplied at a predetermined one, by a method wherein an annular flow path is regulated between a columnar inner member and cylindrical outer member moving up and down relatively and the lower end of the annular flow path is closed by a cooperation of the outside of an inner member and the inside of the outer member. CONSTITUTION:When an inner member 80 is raised and kept at this raised position only for a predetermined period of time, the lower end of an annular flow path which has been kept closed is released and a predetermined quantity of a liner material 126 is streamed out into an annular recessed part 110. Meanwhile, a vessel lid 128 in a handstand state is supplied on a disk part 1 of a supporting stand 16 and attracted in a magnetic state. When the inner member 80 in a supply mechanism 6 begins to descend and descended more than the predetermined quantity after that, the lower end of an annular flow path 112 is closed by an inner circumferential surface of the lower end part of an outer member 78 and an outer circumferential surface of the lower end of the inner member 80. Then when the supporting stand 16 is raised, the stream-out liner material 126 is pressed against the inside of the top wall of the vessel lid1 28 for joining. |
