PURPOSE: An apparatus for disposing medical waste is provided to prevent secondary infection and simply disuse the injection needles by performing sterilization and melting injection needles, thereby removing the injection needles using Joule heat and electric arc. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a case, an insertion part into which various injection needles or chinese medicine needles are inserted, and a driving circuit for sterilization and/or crushing, wherein the driving circuit comprises a power supply part(10) for supplying DC power to the driving circuit; a switching circuit(11) for converting DC power of the power supply part into AC power; a charging part(12) which is charged by AC power supplied from the switching circuit and supplies crushing voltage for crushing the various injection needles or chinese medicine needles; an amplification part(20) for supplying crushing voltage after sterilizing the various injection needles or chinese medicine needles and generating thermal fatigue behavior in the various injection needles or chinese medicine needles by generating Joule heat; a part(30) for converting AC power amplified in the amplification part into DC power; and an output unit(40) for supplying power supply to a load side, that is, the various injection needles or chinese medicine needles.
