<p>PURPOSE:To finish to the prescribed normal reflection factor, shape and accuracy by setting a glass of a thin plate or a curved plate having a prescribed curvature onto a forming mold, laminating a prepreg on said glass, pressing and heating it, and forming a reflecting film on the reverse side after removing it from the mold. CONSTITUTION:A thin glass 7 is set onto a forming mold 1 having a small coefficient of linear expansion, which has been finished to the prescribed shape and accuracy, a prepreg 3 is laminated on its glass, and when it is pressed, heated and hardened, the glass 7 adheres to an FRP plate 4 whose prepreg 3 has been hardened, and simultaneously, the shape and accuracy of the surface of the forming mold 1 are transferred to the FRP plate 4 and the glass 7. After removing it from the mold, a reflecting film 2 is formed by a vapor-deposition, and a reflecting film A made of an FRP is obtained. As for the reflecting film A which has been obtained in this way, since a layer of the glass 7 exists, a scar caused by a hardening contraction of a resin of the prepreg 3 does not appear on the reflecting surface side, the reflection mirror A having a smooth surface and a high accuracy is formed. Also, after removing from the mold, the shape and accuracy of the reflecting surface can be improved by, for instance, polishing.</p> |
