<p>This invention is a device for producing pellets of fuel, fertilizer or feed comprising standard components, one of which has a dosage cylinder (2<1>), a raw material receiver container (2), infeed conveyor (3), thermal recycling body (5) for stream from a thermopress (4) and formed pellets in the body in the form of a final dryer (9), heating and cooling unit (10) and cooler (11) before final pellet outfeed. The device of this invention is unique in that it is a combination of a thermopress (4) without briquette matrix, a steam retainer body (6) with steam valve (7) and sifting and reject body (not illustrated) in order to retain the steam within the material, and a pellet press (8). The steam retainer body (6) has a sealed connection between the thermopress (4) and the pellet press (8) by means of an elastic coupling or the like (not illustrated). The thermopress (4) is designed to pulverize and drain the raw material while the pellet press (8) is designed for a pellet size of approx. 6-12 mm.<IMAGE></p> |
