The station (1) comprises an exposure cylinder (2) and means (5) for driving the copy and the original around the cylinder (2). These means (5) consist of at least one endless belt (6) surrounding at least three rollers (7, 8, 9, 10), at least one of which is driven in rotation, the rollers (7, 8, 9, 10) being such that their axes are parallel and form the edges of a prism. The belt (6) surrounds a part of the surface of the exposure cylinder (2) of which the axis is parallel to the axes of the rollers (7, 8, 9, 10), the exposure cylinder (2) being so arranged that the part of the belt (6) surrounding it is deflected towards the inside o the prism defined by the axes of the rollers (7, 8, 9 10). In this exposure station, the rollers (7, 8, 9, 10) are supported at their ends directly by support plates (11) and the exposure cylinder (2) is maintained in position directly by the belt (6). The exposure station is intended especially for the production of a unit for the reproduction of originals by diazocopy of modular design. <IMAGE>
