摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a light receiving material having stable electrical and photoconductive characteristics and excellent photofatigue resistance, durability and moisture resistance by forming light receiving layers consisting of the two layers made of prescribed amorphous materials on the surface of a base having the rugged shapes consisting of spherical recesses of traces which have plural very small recessing and projecting shapes within the surface. CONSTITUTION:The light receiving material 100 is constituted by providing the 1st layer 102 and the 2nd layer 103 along the slopes of the ruggedness on the base having the plural rugged shapes consisting of the spherical recesses of traces and having the plural smaller rugged shapes within said recesses. The 1st layer 102 is constituted of the amorphous material contg. at least one kind among Si, Ge and Sn atoms and at least one kind among O, C and N atoms. The 2nd layer 103 is constituted of the amorphous material contg. at least one kind among Si, O, C and N atoms. The curvature R and width D of the spherical recesses of traces satisfy 0.35<=D/R<=0.5, D<=0.5mm. The height (r) of the very small ruggedness is made to satisfy 0.5<=r<=20mum. Said recesses are formed by dropping of rigid balls subjected to a surface treatment.
