COILERS

COILERS A coiler for wire or other filamentary material lengths having a coil side support member provided with an axial extension and a release member extending radially of the release member. A spring means urges the release member into a locking position away from the support member, at which position link devices engage stop abutments on a support shaft. Movement of the release member away from the locking position and against spring action releases the link devices from the abutments and allows for removal of the support member from the coiler.
