PURPOSE:To select the economical channel and to supply unifiedly the network related information to the connecting device by constituting the loop transmission line for its own network and the loop transmission line for other network independently and in the cascade system and connecting them. CONSTITUTION:The incoming destination data terminal number in a data terminal network 10 is sent from a data terminal 4 through a loop transmission line 3 for its own network to a connecting device 2. In the device 2, the network to be connected by the optimum connecting information concerning other network of the latest edition in such a time point is selected. For example, when an integrated network 9 is selected, the data from the data terminal 4 are sent through the loop transmission line 3 for its own network, the connecting device 2, a loop transmission line 1 for other network and the integrated network 9 to the incoming destination data terminal in the data terminal network 10.
